Can scratches in alloy wheels be buffed out with no power tools?
Saw similar question this, answer suggested using power tools answers weren’t vy helpful. don’t power tools I’m looking option hand. deep scratch, jt close curb.

SURE. YES. Almost anything that can be done by machine, can be done by hand, It will just take longer. If you sand the scratched area with wet and dry(with plenty of water) you will be able to remove the scratch. Start with a piece of 240grit wet and dry paper and work progressively up to 2000grit.Deep scratches may require a more aggressive grit to start with, maybe even filing. then polish with a regular metal polish. Liquid Reflections by Ferro is the best I have found.
